Middle and High School: Building Better Futures

Building Better Futures takes a holistic approach to removing obstacles students face during middle and high school and prepares them for post- secondary success. The program offers an array of experiences to students including services focused on college preparation and exploration, scholarship identification and application support, and resume and cover letter development. Students experience seminars on a range of topics and have opportunities to participate in externships and apprenticeship programs with local business partners during spring and summer breaks. When tutoring support is needed to improve academic performance, students are linked with those resources. Staff are also able to provide personalized wraparound support based on each student’s needs, strengths, and goals. Hear our students share about the benefits of this program.
